My therapeutic skills draw from person-centered and cognitive behavioral interventions, empowering you to achieve mental wellness by identifying and transforming negative thought patterns into positive alternatives. In addition, I co-facilitate our DBT skill-based groups which focus on empowering you to regulate negative emotional disturbances effectively.
Throughout my experience, I have successfully supported adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as individuals coping with anxiety, depression and anger. I am committed to providing a safe nurturing space for your therapeutic journey, where we are able to embark on a collaborative path towards healing, resilience, and personal growth."
Graduating from Liberty University, Hope possesses a deep understanding of human psychology and behavior. With a commitment to personal growth and professional development, she is currently on the path to becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. Hope's mission revolves around empowering individuals and families to harness their internal strengths and achieve wellness goals. She believes in the power of open communication, active listening, and evidence-based interventions to ensure that her clients receive the most effective and compassionate care.
