Hope is dedicated to supporting clients through a compassionate, holistic, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. Her work is grounded in person-centered and integrates the EMDR Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) model to help individuals process distressing experiences and reduce the impact of past trauma on present functioning. She works collaboratively with clients to identify and reprocess unhelpful beliefs, allowing for more adaptive perspectives and meaningful emotional healing.
Hope is experienced in working with children and adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities; as well as individuals navigating anxiety, depression, anger, and trauma-related concerns. She is a Certified Autism Spectrum Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) and is finishing up her certification in EMDR therapy, furthering strengthening her ability to provide effective, evidence-based treatment.
A graduate of Liberty University, Hope has a strong foundation in human psychology and behavior. She is committed to ongoing professional growth and providing high quality care to individuals within our community.
