Welcome to Our Practice!
"My vision has always been to create a space where healing is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in the understanding that true wellness is multidimensional. Trauma doesn't exist in isolation; it impacts the nervous system, the body, relationships, and the way we experience the world. Because of this, our approach integrates functional wellness principles, addressing the whole person rather than focusing solely on symptoms.
Our work is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed therapies such as EMDR, DBT, and Group Therapy, alongside interventions that support nervous system regulation, resilience, and long-term wellbeing such as Medical Nutrition Therapy and qEEG Neurofeedback. By blending neuroscience with integrative and functional approaches, we strive to help individuals uncover the root causes of distress and move toward meaningful and sustainable healing.
I also believe deeply in the future of our field and the responsibility we have to shape it with intention. Education, mentorship, and collaboration are central to our culture which is why we welcome interns into our practice, and provide hands-on training in advanced, trauma-focused modalities. It is an honor to support the growth of both our clients and emerging clinicians within a space that values curiosity, integrity, and whole-person care."
