"We are dedicated to providing a compassionate and healing environment for individuals seeking to overcome the challenges of their trauma. Our approach is built on a foundation of evidence-based therapies that include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Quantitative Electroencephalogram (qEEG) Neurofeedback training, among others. These powerful tools help our clients heal and reclaim their lives by targeting the root causes of their distress.
We believe that the future of mental health treatment lies within education and collaboration. That's why we are committed to fostering a culture of learning and growth by welcoming interns into our practice. Our interns are given a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge therapeutic techniques like EMDR and neurofeedback. This exposure is invaluable in preparing them to become the next generation of trauma-informed practitioners.
