"Therapy is a place where you can be yourself, without judgment." -Carl Rogers
Jeremiah is a Master of Arts student at Liberty University in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. He is dedicated to creating a supportive, respectful, and judgment-free space where individuals feel safe to explore their experiences and move toward meaningful change. His approach to therapy is collaborative, honoring each person as the expert of their own life while while working together to identify goals and navigate the path forward.
Jeremiah has a strong passion for working with couples, supporting family relationships, and veterans. As a veteran of the United States Army and a first responder himself, he brings lived experience and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by those in high-stress roles. This perspective allows him to build authentic connections with individuals navigating symptoms of anxiety/depression, trauma, and relational conflict.
"I strive to integrate evidence-based practices while simultaneously emphasizing individual autonomy, self-discovery, and personal growth to enhance cognitive functioning and physical wellbeing. I believe that each person has the capacity to create new chapters of their story, and that healing is fostered through a balance of insight, resilience, and supportive guidance."
