Kaitlynn is a dedication occupational therapist with extensive experience empowering individuals to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to engage in meaningful and purposeful roles. She specializes in working with clients across the lifespan - from children to older adults - utilizing a trauma-informed approach tailored to meet the unique needs of each person. Kaitlynn has expertise in supporting individuals with a wide range of diagnoses and abilities; including but not limited to:
PTSD, ADHD, Autism Spectrum (ASD), Sensory Processing Disorder, Anxiety and Major Depression, Neurological Disorders and Chronic Pain, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, and many more.
Kaitlynn's practice integrates a holistic philosophy, aligning the mind, body, and spirit to help individuals overcome challenges and reach their personal goals. She works collaboratively with each person to identify meaningful objectives and implement routines that promote growth, healing, and overall wellbeing. Her approach emphasizes participation in activities that improve quality of life including:

Instrumental ADL's - cooking, cleaning, and money management
Social Participation - fostering connections and relationships
Health Management - physical wellness and stress reduction
Rest and Sleep - developing healthy routines for restorative sleep
Education, Work, Play, and Leisure - balancing responsibilities with joy and recreation

Kaitlynn earned a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science with a minor in Psychology and a Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from Springfield College. Her proactive and innovative spirit has shaped her clinical experiences to include grant writing for program funding, designing and implementing sensory rooms, developing community partnerships, and creating a summer program for children and adolescence. With each interaction, Kaitlynn strives to create a safe space where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported in achieving their highest potential.
Cash Rates: INTAKE/EVAL ($150), 30 MIN SESSION ($55), 50 MIN SESSION ($110)
