Lindsey is a dedicated and compassionate therapist currently pursuing her Master of Science degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. She is deeply committed to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and takes great pride in creating a supportive, collaborative space for healing and growth.
Understanding that seeking treatment can sometimes feel overwhelming, Lindsey strives to ensure that each individual feels comfortable and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey. Her approach emphasizes open communication, mutual respect, and a genuine interest in understanding each client's unique experience.
In her current role as a Community Support Specialist (CSS) at an outpatient facility, Lindsey works closely with individuals recovering from substance use disorders. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Mary Baldwin University in Virginia, she is passionate about supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and related mental health conditions.
