Lindsey is a Master's level clinician, completing her Master's of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and is pursuing Missouri state licensure. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology from Mary Baldwin University in Virginia.
Lindsey provides counseling services and mental health support to individuals of all ages, but she has a special passion for working with children. She uses developmentally appropriate interventions, such as interactive play, to help children express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe. Lindsey is dedication to creating a supportive environment built on trust, safety, and connection, where children, teens, and adults alike can feel seen and understood.
Her approach is gentle, integrative, and trauma-informed blending cognitive behavioral with attachment-based practices. Lindsey believes the heart of therapy lies within the relationship and she carefully tailors each session to meet the needs of her clients. Whether through child play therapy or trauma therapy with an adult, Lindsey focuses on fostering resilience, emotional regulation, and self awareness in a way that feels compassionate and direct.
