Mary earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a pre-counseling focus in 2023. She completed her Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in June 2025.
Mary specializes in trauma-informed care with a strong dedication to serving veterans, first responders, and their families. She understands the unique pressures, invisible wounds, and systemic impact that high intensity professions can have on mental/emotional wellbeing.
"I feel a deep purpose in supporting individuals and families as they navigate the effects of trauma and the challenges that accompany serive-oriented careers. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based modalities (such as Prolonged Exposure). Whether working with individuals, couples, or entire family units, I strive to create a space where healing feels possible, stories are honored, and growth is supported. I am committed to walking alongside those who dedicate their lives to protecting others; and to helping their families feel seen, supported, and strengthened."
