Rachael is a compassionate and dedicated trauma-informed therapist who has obtained her Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Maryville University. She embraces healing through interventions such as deep breathing and mindful body movements through her work as a Certified Yoga Instructor. With a passion for helping others, she specializes in working with children, teens, and adults as they navigate mental health challenges.
Bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to our practice, Rachael is facilitating our "Yoga for Helping Professionals" group. Her commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment for healing shines through in all aspects of her work.
